REGISTRATION
Register for the Square Based Online Tournament.
You must be a paid member of our Patreon and join our Patron-only Discord server.
All official communications and announcements will be made via the Square Based Discord. You will be assigned a role to ensure you receive these messages, please keep your notifications on so that you don’t miss any important updates!
FORMAT
The Tournament will be using the Square Based Standard Format that we’ve all grown to know and love as follows:

List Submission Deadline: Must be submitted on New Recruit by 11:59 PM GMT Friday June 13th

2000 Points

Any Grand Army, Army of Infamy, or Renegade Army list may be used. Mercenaries are cool by us

Unit limits: restrictions listed on the army list OR 0-6 for all Core units and 0-3 for all Special, Rare, and Character units.

Allies may be used if they are an Army of Infamy from the same faction
SCHEDULE
The Qualifier Stage
Monday June 16th to Sunday July 20th.
All players will be entered into the Regional Tournament bracket. The top 8 players after four rounds will be invited to the International Champeenship bracket of 8 players.
The International Champeenship and Regional Tournament Stage.
Monday July 21st to Sunday August 10th.
The remaining players in the Qualifier Stage will play two further rounds in the same manner in the Grand Tournament Stage.
The players in the International Champeenship bracket will be seeded 1 through 8 into a single elimination tournament to be played over the next three rounds. Quarterfinalists (the losers of the first round of the International Champeenship) will play one further round for the 5th/6th ranking. Semifinalists (the losers of the second round of the International Champeenship) will play one further round for the 3rd place ranking. The two finalists play to determine 1st and 2nd.
TERRAIN & MISSION
Round 1: Open Battle
Secondary Mission:
Place a marker at the centre of the table. The battlefield is controlled by the player with the most Scoring Units within 9″ of the centre of the table.
At the end of Rounds 3–6, a Victory Counter is awarded to a Player who controls the marker.

Round 2: Dawn Assault
Secondary Mission:
At the end of each round starting in turn 3, the player with more Scoring Units in their opponents deployment zone gains 1 point. At the end of the game the player with the most points wins the Secondary Mission.

Round 3: Mutual Encroachment
Secondary Mission:
Both players choose a Terrain Feature that isn’t Impassable.
A player captures their opponent’s chosen Terrain Feature if any of the player’s Scoring Units are inside that Terrain Feature at the end of the game. If a player captures their opponent’s chosen Terrain Feature while not allowing their own to be captured, they win the Secondary Mission.

Round 4: Spoils of War
Secondary Mission:
Place 3 markers along the centre line.
At the start of each of your Player Turns, each of your Scoring Units that are not carrying a marker may pick up a single marker.
At the end of the game, the player with the most units carrying markers wins the Secondary Mission.

Round 5: Spearhead
Secondary Mission:
Both players place one marker on the Battlefield.
At the end of the game, the player controlling the most markers wins the Secondary Mission.

Round 6: Chokepoint
Secondary Mission:
You complete this Secondary Objective if, at the end of the game, you have more Standard Bearers and Battle Standard Bearers on the Battlefield than the opponent has
